Our History & Associates
Our business began as a part-time business over fifty years ago, when our founder and father, Ralph M. Todd, Sr. prepared income tax returns from home, while working full-time in public education. After retiring from public education in 1985, Ralph Todd, Sr. and wife Dolores, purchased a small historical building on Poplar Street in Laurel, Delaware, which became the home of TODD'S INCOME TAX & ACCOUNTING SERVICE, INC. As the business began to grow throughout the years, Ramona (Mona) Hackett, and Ralph Todd, Jr. joined the staff shortly thereafter. Next, Norman Miller and Colleen Minner, joined the staff as tax consultants. In 1998, Jill, Ralph Todd, Jr.'s wife joined the staff as a part-time clerical associate. Debi Lyman has joined the team as receptionist.
